Concept Art Workflow

Start with one subject, one setting, one viewpoint, and one lighting direction. A focused brief makes it easier to review and refine.

Define the Subject
Choose one character, creature, or object. Avoid multiple subjects in the first attempt.
Set the Scene
Describe the environment. A forest, a room, or a city street. Keep it simple.
Choose Lighting
Pick one lighting direction. Dramatic side light or soft overhead light works well.

Forest Guardian Concept

A tall, cloaked figure stands in a misty forest. Medium shot. The figure faces the camera. Soft, cool light filters through the trees from above. Moss and ferns cover the ground. Mysterious atmosphere.

The figure is the only subject. The forest setting is clear. The lighting creates a mysterious mood.

Check Subject Focus: Is the subject the clear focal point? If not, adjust the composition or background.
Check Lighting Effect: Does the lighting match your description? If not, be more specific about the direction and intensity.

How do I ensure the cloaked figure is the only subject?

Check the output for any other figures or animals. If present, add 'only one figure' to your prompt.

What if the misty forest looks too dark?

Add 'soft cool light filtering through trees' to your prompt. Regenerate and compare the brightness.

Can I use this concept art for a game character design?

Yes, if the figure and setting match your brief. Use the output as a reference for further design work.
